We regret that we have had to adopt a strict booking policy to prevent fraudulent activities. To secure the booking a 50% deposit is required . The only acceptable payment methods are credit/debit card Apple and G Pay

using the Yoco payment gateway. We will send a link for the amount due via WhatsApp which you may  use to access the payment gateway, ensuring secure payment and correspondence.

Prior to booking we may request:

1. Full names of guests

2. Residential Address

3. ID /Passport number

4. Contact details, cell number & email address
    

Full payment for the duration of the stay must be made 7 days before arrival time. Bookings close at 12h00 of the day of arrival. Refunds for cancellation will be according to the Conditions of Stay. Without the required information and payment, access to the premises will not be given.
